| Above is a photo taken by Mark Ogden in
Greece. Pictured right is the female which is more brown than the male of the
species. To the left are male and female, you can see which gives this butterfly its name. I saw lots of these in the High Atlas as well as on the slopes of Mount Canigou in the Pyrenées. |
