Dusky heath - Coenonympha dorus
![]() |
Family: Satyridae Flight Time: June - August Size: 28-34mm Altitude: 100-1700m |
| One of a number of quite similar species in the genus Coenonympha. The Dusky heath is a heat lover, I saw them in Morocco flying over an arid rocky plain, with the temperature in the 50s. | |
