The Butterflies of Midi PyreneesFive départements are included in the section. They are Lot, Aveyron, Tarn-et-Garonne, Gers and Tarn. The rest of the region is grouped in the Pyrenees section. Causse de Gramat The flowery limestone grassland is a good area for species such as; Scarce swallowtail, Pale clouded yellow, Glanville, Heath, Spotted and Meadow fritillaries, Provencal short-tailed blue and Adonis blue.
Forêt de Grésigne An extensive tract of forest south of St Antonin. Possible access from Puycelci. Camberwell beauty, Southern white admiral, Lesser purple emperor, Cardinal, Silver washed fritillary, Tree and Woodland grayling.
